This website is for information and enquiries. It does not process payments or take bookings automatically. Every enquiry or booking request is confirmed by our team directly, over WhatsApp or in person.

Membership terms, access, and pricing are agreed directly with our team at the time you join or visit, not on this website. Nothing on this site is an offer of membership on specific terms until our team confirms it with you.

The Kinetics Audit and related products sold on thespartalife.com are paid digital products, charged in US dollars through Razorpay's secure checkout.

The $15 Kinetics Audit fee is not a discount and not a refund. It is a credit, valid for 30 days, that applies toward a single footage review or the 12 session block. It converts to a session, never to cash, and is not refundable.

Payment for the footage review and the 12 session block, including the amount charged after your $15 credit is applied, is likewise not refundable once the order is placed, since these are delivered as digital or one-to-one services rather than physical goods.

Sparta Life offers gym, sport, recovery, and related physical activities. All physical activity carries some risk of injury. Please tell our team about any medical condition or injury before starting an activity, follow staff instructions, and use equipment and facilities as directed.

We ask every member and visitor to behave respectfully toward staff and other members, and to follow the facility's safety guidance. We may decline entry or ask someone to leave if this isn't followed.

Enquiries and bookings made through this site are sent to us over WhatsApp. A booking request is confirmed by our team, checked against real availability, and is not automatic. WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to messages sent that way.

The text, photographs, and design on this website belong to Sparta Life or are used with permission, and should not be copied or reused without asking us first.

We take reasonable care to keep our facility, equipment, and information on this site accurate and safe. To the extent permitted by law, Sparta Life is not responsible for loss or injury arising from misuse of equipment, failure to follow staff instructions, or a pre-existing medical condition not disclosed to us.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.

These terms are governed by applicable Indian law, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Maharashtra.
